Situated in Queen's Park, the site already offers several amenities to which the Events Centre will be linked and integrated to create a vibrant multipurpose
Events Centre for the South Okanagan region. The new 73,150 sm facilities consisting of a 5,100 seat spectator sports and entertainment facility and a second
ice pad, will become a link to tie the facilities together and will increase the capacity of the overall complex to enhance its status as the 2nd largest
trade and convention centre in British Columbia. The facility is being delivered through a design, build, operate & manage process where Chernoff Thompson
Architects is collaborating with Giffels Partnership Solutions, Norr Limited, and Global Spectrum.

This 2,476 sm project is an upgrade to an old hotel at 1261 Granville to provide 82 SRO housing units. The work includes numerous fire and safety upgrades to the
old building and adding private washrooms to all units, and in some cases converting three units to two larger units. The upgraded facility includes a new
hotel lobby and lounge for the residents. The ground floor retail spaces are upgraded to accommodate a higher quality of tenant, as well as providing low
income accommodation. This project provides a needed face-lift in the 1200 block Granville for the benefit of all neighbours.

Located at 42 East Cordova St, this City of Vancouver project involves the renovation of an existing 1910-era heritage building. At a cost of $1.29 million,
the building has been converted into social housing, with 65 single room occupancies.

The project began with a feasibility study of the existing 1,510 sm hotel building and retail commercial space at grade. The building is owned by the City of
Vancouver. Alternative concepts for conversion into low income residential with upgraded retail space for lease were explored. The
construction was completed in July 1993 and provides affordable, good quality housing for low income single people. The project received an
Urban Development Institute affordable housing award.

Since 1995 we have carried out 6 renovations for the Kerrisdale Community Centre, totaling over $1.5 million in value with a fitness area renovated
auditorium, classrooms and activity spaces. The most recent included the renovation of the pottery studio and adjacent storage rooms to create a more
inviting, vibrant, and official studio space. Phase 3 work also incorporated a renovation of the women’s washroom with new finishes and an accessible
shower, and a new wheelchair lift in the fitness room.

This is a small community policing station. The project was a Tenant Improvement in a retail space facing onto Granville Street.
It includes a small public area with a public police reporting computer terminal, a police volunteer area, offices for 2 staff, two mobile docking
stations for car patrol officers laptop computers, a meeting room, kitchenette and washroom.

The new 1,719 sm Library and Community Archives is located in the District of Mission and is the main civic
building in the downtown area. The facilities include main library area, meeting room with kitchen,
circulation area, work room and staff area in the Library; and administration, reference area, work
room, multipurpose room, records storage room and staff area in the Archives.

The Coquitlam Dogwood Pavilion is a seniors (50+) community centre. The expansion included complete reconfiguration of the dining area, new commercial
kitchen, new meeting room, crafts room, and associated washrooms and storage facilities. The design is done within the guidelines of the Poirier West
Master Plan as part of a long term redevelopment.

The new community facility will be 1,473 sm in size, located on two floors above grade adjoining an urban walkway and the future civic plaza.
The new community centre will be owned and operated by the City of Coquitlam.

A new 1,579 sm eight bay Fire Station for the District of Coquitlam. This "post disaster"
building also has four bays for vintage vehicles and is a base for the volunteer auxiliaries and the
District's Search and Rescue Squad. Care was taken in the siting, design and choice of materials to fit
the building to its location in a residential neighbourhood. The building provides a sense of tradition
and civic pride.

A new 446 sm facility providing accommodation for 45 dogs and 27 cats in a pleasant home-like facility. The facility includes an area for
volunteers, clerical and manager offices, space for bylaw officers, treatment room, animal wash and food storage areas. Care was taken to provide an
attractive facility pleasant for visitors to maximize animal adoption rates which are running well above normal averages.

A new 2,137 sm eight bay fire station and emergency operations centre for the District of Mission. This "post disaster" building has
one bay for their vintage vehicle and is a base for volunteer auxiliaries. It also serves as a recreation centre for the staff and their families.
The building is located on a seismically sensitive site and provisions for additional measures for foundations and site servicing were required.

The 1,714 sm expansion includes student/staff facilities, an Equipment Maintenance and Storage Building, 6 new classrooms, and a Fire
Training Warehouse Prop. Use of modular design and an economy of construction provide for future flexibility and expansion. The buildings were planned as a
cluster to create a feeling of "village" in a rural setting.

This is an addition to the City of Vancouver's vehicle maintenance building at the City's landfill site in Delta. The addition provides
additional staff facilities and offices, as well as an upgrade to the entire building HVAC system.

This is a trade show exhibit and conference facility in Mexico City, constructed for the Canadian government.

This new Community Centre on the east slopes of Burnaby Mountain serves the Glenayre residential neighbourhood. The building contains
316 sm of community facilities and 93 sm of storage. It includes a large multipurpose room for community activities, a pre-school activity room,
as well as a kitchen and washrooms. The building was designed to fit into an existing well established residential neighbourhood, and to allow community
involvement in its construction.
