A 1,200 sf state-of-art conference and meeting space was created, overlooking into the main lobby of the TEF 3 multi-tenant building.
The facility is equipped with tele and video conference capability supported by high end audio and video system for presentation. Furniture layout can be
easily configured for seminars, formal meetings or social functions.

A fitness room was created as common facility for use by the tenants in TEF 3 building. The fitness room was designed to provide
comprehensive training equipment including cardio machines, weight training and a space for stretching or yoga. It is also provided with integral change
room facility. The facility was most commonly used by tenants during lunch break, also before and after working hours.

The conference room is created within the TEF III building as a common facility for use by tenants. Space can be subdivided into 2 small meeting rooms by a movable acoustic partition. The facility is equipped with an integral A/V system for presentation and teleconferencing capability. An informal lounge with gas fireplace and patio deck attached.

A renovation to a turn of the century brick building to create a high quality 1360 sf. retail jewellery store. The corner ground level premises has display windows for public viewing on two sides and a secure glazed "trap" at the entry from the sidewalk.

An 8,200 sf. office interior in the Granville Square Tower overlooking the Trade and Convention Centre. This project created high quality office space for the relocation of an expanding firm of lawyers.

A new 31,000 sf. tenant improvement designed to accommodate the development and engineering of mammalian artificial chromosomes for use in gene therapy, transgenics and cellular production systems.

A large U.S. Retail company that focuses on the high end market for offshore tourists established a two storey store of approximately 20,000 sq. ft. in the Robson Street area. Chernoff Thompson Architects worked in collaboration with a New York retail design firm on the base building and tenant improvements.

Two projects totaling 6,500 sq. ft. of office space, including alterations to the Vancouver Port Corporation Executive Offices for the President and Vice-President on the 19th floor at Granville Square. The project involved a major reconfiguration of the existing offices and construction occurred while maintaining normal business activities. Services included meeting with the users, design, preparing full documentation and contract administration.
