Originally zoned and approved for a larger conventional residential tower, our revised concept was to build a smaller exclusive condominium with larger residential suites.
The building is cast-in-place concrete structure with brick veneer, designed in a "U" shape to maximize privacy and views of both city and ocean.
A dramatic single-loaded corridor in the centre of the "U" shape creates bright cheerful spaces on each floor. This innovative design results in the majority of units being "corner suites", which has
proved to be an excellent marketing feature. (JGA)

This co-operative housing project is situated on an exposed triangular sloping site, in a transitional area between a single-family residential area, a highway and an industrial zone.
The overall design was developed in response to these local environmental conditions. The housing development which includes a community hall and a children's playground, is designed as two clusters,
each having its own distinct access point. (JGA)

This addition to an existing single family dwelling provided the Franciscan Friars with a new chapel, meeting rooms and additional living accommodation. The building is designed to harmonize with the
mature landscaped site and fit comfortably with the surrounding single family Rockland neighbourhood. This is reinforced by the use of natural materials and domestic scale detailing. The chapel and
reconciliation room both have large glazed areas to not only to allow as much daylight as possible but to connect the tranquility of the adjacent garden with these meditative spaces. (JGA)
